Does anyone have an idea what type of breed he is?

Yeah, I agree he looks like a mixed breed. Difficult to tell more than that when he is so young, but possibly speckled Sussex or old English game mix.

Hello all! Thank you for your replies. He is a wild chicken, we live in Hawaii so we have a lot of those roaming around. Found him and his sister lost in front of my house and they were chirping for hours. I decided to take them in or the cats would have had them. Long story short, now I'm a chicken lover.

My apologies, I had no idea that it would be too early to determine the breed. I will wait for a few more months.

I'm fairly new to chickens, but the Speckled Sussex really looks like his sister! Wow! Little white specks throughout her body. (The far-right chicken)
