Does anyone have any updates on the Chicken Ordinances in Mooresville, NC 28117 ( County not City)

Searched and still have found nothing on the chilcken ordinances of Iredell County. So I am going to assume I can have chickens. Does anyone know details?

Go to www.co.iredell.nc.us/Departments/Planning/Zoning/aspx, figure out where you are located, and click on the tab for your zoning. Hope that helps!

Iredell County does not have any ordinance prohibiting chickens. Make sure you are not in the city limits or ETJ though. Also if you live in a subdivision your homeowner covenants could prohibit chickens.
