does anyone have directions or knowledge about GQF 800 !!!!

I had a wonderful gift of an old GQF 800 but I am having a hard time finding manuals or in fo onthis incubator its holding great emps and humidity with out a h2o pan 99.5-100.2 no pan 50% humidity help please!!!!!!!!!
