Does anyone have funny quirks about themselves like:

LMBO Terrie!

My husband is truly OCD to the point he drives me insane some days. My kitchen cabinet deal is my quirk, but he has soooo many more of them! I love what you did. Tis something I would do.

I have a fear of falling, too.

We have a TALL, scary treehouse that has 4 connected floors. The first and second I can get to; the first is obviously, easy, then to get to the second there's a fairly short ladder that you climb up and then there's a small wooden platform that sticks out and there's a bunch of wooden 2X4's connected together that you use to climb up to the 3rd floor (on top of the roof of the 2nd floor) and then there's a tall ladder of old, wooden 2X4's that go all the way up to the 4th floor and you have to climb ALL the way up!

AT the top on the 4th floor there's a fairly small wooden platform that you can sit on and see everything because it's so high. There are a bunch of trampolines surrounding the treehouse, but still I cannot get passed the part where you climb up to the 3rd floor because it's so high.

If I do try, I will lock up and be stuck there because I would be too petrified to climb back down.

And if I'm standing on something that's high off the ground, I get a frightful fluttering feeling in my stomach if I look up while standing really high because it feels like I'm going to fall.
My younger sisters can climb all the way to the 4th floor without any problem. I will only go to the 2nd and no further.

So I guess that means I have an abnormal fear of heights.

Cabinets have to be closed.
Outdoor equipment MUST be put back in the shed....which nobody but me ever does.
Dishes have to be done MY way....they just don't get them clean otherwise. Silverware soaks and is done last...glass first kinda thing...

Laundry...see dishes

Fridge door items drive me nuts on the top shelf
hmm.png

My canisters better not be moved!!!
My pile of insert item/items on the loveseat....don't touch it...there is a method to my madness...it may LOOK like junk to you...but please...I KNOW WHERE everything is if you JUST leave it alone!!!!(I move it for company coming over I'm not totally messy)

Disorder is my order, but my disorder is clean...in a messy sorta way...on most things.
I usually have 15 things going at once and know where all of it is..unless somebody moves it.
I AM hard to live with!!!!!!! But they are too....oh, and they started it

DD18 is WAYYY worse! COMPLETE "CDO" (OCD has to be in alphabetical order for her)

If I write my name in cursive I have to make sure my letters are closed and the t is crossed...not above it... but crossed.

Me too. I am also very particular about where my dishes go and how they are stacked in the cupboards. LOL

Um, my clothes are organized by type...and color.

I can't sleep naked or the house will burn down and I'll have to run outside without any clothes.

And all the firewood ricks have to be the same height. I have some serious feng shui issues

Type, color, season, sleeve/hem legnth. Shoes sorted by heel height flat > 5 inch.

Have to have the bedroom closet door shut just right, have to turn off the light and jump in bed fast (yes, I can only imagine how silly that looks, full grown still running and jumping into bed, for no reason rofl,) toilet paper has to be under, over drives me absolutely crazy! Cabinet doors have to be shut, actually all doors have to be shut (messes with the sound in the room, hard to describe, my hearing is really, really sensitive, though I'm better than I was) don't leave the TV on and then leave the room, either watch it or turn it off. Lol yeah, I'm a little OCD, but heck, who isn't?

Have to have the toilet paper over the top. I hate leaving dirty dishes in the sink at night, so even if I'm really tired I do them up. I have to have the bed sheet tucked in at the foot ( don't feel secure otherwise), my husband has to have it out, so the bed is 1/2 in and 1/2 out!
