does anyone have grouse eggs or raise grouse?

Sam are Pa is a tough one, because in order to get them here they have to come from a approved facility by the PGC.

I'm sure the folks that do have them would not be accepted by are game commission.

Ive personally asked the PGC here in pa were i might acquire some because I'm already propagated and they couldn't even give me an answers as to whom may have them legally here in Pa.

so for us in pa it will be tough to get some approved to be able to resell any birds or eggs under the propagation law. I know someone with some in pa that were purchased out of state, but he is not propagated and does not sell any birds or eggs to my general knowledge. another thing for pa is that the ruffed grouse is the state bird..

Yeah Charlie I hate to say it but I hate our GC when it comes to gamebirds. Me not hearing back from them after 3 years about my Gamebird propigators liscense was bad enough. Putting limits on where we can get Ruffys from is ridiculous.
Owell if I ever get a pair I probably wont sell birds. They would just be cool to have.
