does anyone have roosters for sale?

Hello. Sadly something got into our chicken coop, as of what i know none escaped alive.

but you could tell that the rooster put up fight, his feathers were EVERYWHERE. We can get more hens, but we don't have any roosters available. do any of you have roos available i don't care what breed or what age. Any offers?

Sorry about the loss of your birds.

Roosters are usually pretty easy to come by. There's a buy-sell-trade forum that includes free re-homing ads here on BYC. There's always Craigslist or check with your feed store, sometimes they'll have a bulletin board with animals for sale (or free).

Did you reinforce your coop so it won't happen again? That's always so awful to lose chickens that way.

1) yes we are reinforcing our coop to make sure nothing will happen again.
2) I am eyeing craigslist for some, but i haven't came a crossed anything that we can get or really want (at the time.)
