Does anyone in Florida want to breed Delawares?? I have breeding males!

Have him search on FB for groups like "Florida Chicken Swap" and "Florida Livestock Rehoming". There are also groups by region, aka Central FL, so try putting yours in. add words like poultry, livestock, chicken. There's a much bigger market out there than you know!

When making the sales posts, people have to word it carefully.
Instead of saying "for sale", say "up for discussion" "Looking for a new coop" "wants to meet some ladies" and so forth...
and for money, either write "PM me" or allude to it by "benjamins" and that sort of thing. Each group will have rules listed on what not to say, they all outlaw the $ sign and "sale".

Wow this is great. This is a lot of stuff I know nothing about. Hopefully by this weekend we can start listing them on Facebook somewhere. I'm still trying to figure out if I can ship 4 to the gentleman in MA. He wants them but it's so far.

I'd be careful shipping poultry across state lines. There's laws about how you have to go about that - getting chickens health tested first, might need to have a license to sell them, be NPIP certified, etc. Depends on where you live.

Yeah we are trying to figure out if it's possible for me to send them.. I don't think I can get NPIP because of my city. I am hoping we find that with vet clearance it is possible. I have a vet less than 5 minutes from my house that sees chickens. Everyone takes their chickens to her. She did a crop surgery on one of mine.

Come on Floridians!! These chicks are 8 weeks old today. I'm running out of time and space. I have them listed everywhere. I have 3 supposed to be going to a home soon. I have many more. These are high quality cockerels. One of them hit 3lbs yesterday.

There has got to be more people that want to breed these guys.

4 boys bloodied up. It's time to start the culls. Unfortunately before 9 weeks. What a waste.
