Does anyone know how to get hens to lay more eggs?

Well you know the girls probably didn't get the memo on what day to start laying LOL. I do know Marans are one of the longer waits. Now that a couple have layed Everyday now will seem like they are taking forever.

Don't worry they are all different breeds, the process will take time. Just be patient with them. At one point all of them will be laying!!!
