Does anyone know if chicken saddles prevent hawk attacks?

They won't help at all. If anything, the bright colors will make them a more visible target. Hanging reflective stuff is good. If you have a bad hawk problem either put them in a covered enclosure or get a guard goose.

I like the way you think... a guard goose. I always wanted a goose and now I find out that they chase hawks away. Awesome! What kind would you suggest?

Do they actually chase hawks away, or just sound an alarm? And you need at least two, don't you, to keep each other company?

Absolutely! I’m doing my research first. I also have 4 ducks too.

Cool, so you already have the water situation figured out. I don't, so I don't/probably won't have waterfowl. Sure do enjoy seeing other folks' pics though, they are SO pretty and cute! ❤
