Does anyone know of a Black Marans breeder?

I am interested in finding some hatching eggs for Black Marans (not Copper). Does anyone know if there are any breeders on the West Coast. Thanks.

Are you on Facebook? If so, look up Oregon Poultry Swap, Inc.....they have great vendor lists for their swaps that show whay breeds each vendor works with and may have available outside of the scheduled swaps

Try April Howington from Texas, that's who I got my Black Marans from. They aren't recognzed by the APA yet but we are working on it....

And to Fanci Feathers Marans, I say Aye, and very handsome and all black they are too! There is a hatchery, Cackle Hatchery that will sell chicks but I want eggs ideally but I may end up getting a few chicks just to get that breed started. I already raise Black Coppers which I love, but I do jones for the all black hen with the dark brown eggs. One of my BCM hens is all black but she throws copper necked off spring due to my BCM roo, I suppose.
