Does anyone know of any chicken shows in East TX?

We have looked and can't seem to find any chicken shows for showbreed chickens close to us in East TX. We have found some state fairs with livestock but they don't do Chicken shows...Does any one know of ANY show-breed chicken shows in East TX? Or any 4-H showbreed chicken shows around here?

Also, Were a little clueless...

Does the chicken(s) stay in the cage the whole show?
Do we give a speech about the chicken?
Do multiple chickens of the same breed go in the same cage together or is it 1 per cage?
Do they provide the cage and bedding or do we have to bring the supplies?

Any advice would be great, we really know nothing.
