Hmm.. Solid red?.. Im not sure since all the ones i can think of have the black breasts, tail, under the wings, coverts.. etc. Hatches, some albanys, some sweaters, some roundheads, and some clarets/kelsos are dark wine red color's.. Clarets and kelso's.. The old ones, were mainly known for it. But most come light now as did they back when they were created, just weren't as popular.

Now i guess pumpkin hulseys could be classified as solid red to some extent, since some from a distance are dark enough to look red.

There are white leghorns with pea combs. I've seen pictures in a breed book I have, but I have never seen one in real life. Would be a find for sure.

There is one in my brown EE flock and I would like to find out who she is and send her on down the road... It is not pure white, just really light blue.
