Beard makes me think Easter Egger.

It has a beard and random black feathers so it might be an easter egger.

Maybe it's the angle, but I don't see a beard, personally. I do see what the others are seeing, but I don't think that's a beard. My first thought was that she's one of the white hybrid layers that have been showing up in the past few years at feed stores. Smoky Pearl, Austra White, etc. Where did you get her from? Can you get any closer / clearer pictures of her?

Legs are slate.
Easter Eggers can literally have any leg color, & skin color. She's not fibromelanistic.
