Does anyone know what breed this is?

Does anyone know what breed this is? I think its a bantam. I have 1 Delaware and 2 Rhode Island Reds and this one in the photo is only about 2/3rds of their size.

You can get a random smaller sized chicken from any breed occasionally. So, the smaller size doesn't eliminate the BO possibility.

She looks a lot like my buff minorca... except for the "ears" which look reddish on yours and cream colored on my minorcas.

Is that how to tell the buff minorcas from the buff orpingtons?

chickenmama22, yes earlobe color is one way to distinguish between breeds. Good eye to spot that, most people just see the color and assume they are the same breed!

Also Minorca's are much slimmer, more upright and lighter birds who lay white eggs.

Orps are a heavy breed with fluffy feathers a different body carriage and lay brown eggs.

They're also in different classes. Minorca's are in the Mediterranean class while Orpingtons are an English breed.
