Granny's gone and done it again

Pa will have spinal surgery March 23 to relieve pressure/pinching of the spinal nerve. The MRI he had done last week showed worsening of the pinching in his neck so the doctor wants to do the surgery soon. Pa is supposed to take it easy for the next 2 weeks so he doesn't injure himself more than he is now. Your prayers are appreciated.
I had this surgery years ago. C spine area? Oh what a relief of pain. Prayers for him. Tell him it worked wonders for me.
This was waay long ago. Went back to this dr. last year to ask about something. He pulled up this latest MRI. He was so pleased to see how well it was doing. He showed me what they use now. Completely different. He says they're better. Glad mine us holding up as the "old" way.
No therapy away from home. Was just given things to do at home. Follow ups were weeks apart.

Speaking of prayers, @Cynthia12, how is your son Richard doing? Has his pain resolved or are they still seeking an explanation for it?
Which pain. More things have happened. But, he's doing fine. Things, have been taken care of.
Thank you. :)

Why do you think they are pushing Medicare so much. The calls are legitimate. If you answer them they connect you to a licensed Medicare specialist to see if they can get you more free food and free utilities
I think someone high up wants as many people dependent on govt handouts as possible, because then you have nothing of your own and no way to fight back. Our entire economy and society pushes towards it, and credit.

I'm much much further away - as in half a world.
No squee for me. ;)
Our Govt is trying to see if they can get over 50% of the country on NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) should keep the rest of us working and paying taxes till we are 99.:rant
Hubby spent time in Guatemala giving out bibles and such... thats kind of close right? (Or if you mean the other half of the world, I have some good friends in Britain...)
Also, yes I think its become a common theme around the workd, the new fad to control the populace.

If you touch @Finchbreeder's name on her post, a little window will pop up indicating that she is from the Australian midwest coast. Try it on other people. If they have put something in their profile, it shows up there.

Oh! Cool! Thank you, I'm still learning the forum.

Morning all, I was up at 5 then crashed in my chair til 10-ish. My shot is late. I've asked Robert twice.
We had a power outage yesterday. I didn't even know it happened. I was here alone. Roberts TV was on and now it isn't. He said he doesn't have a surge protector on it. Whatever that is. His friend said he has an extra (no remote) he will give him. In the meantime I do not have control of the remote and he cant sleep. Tinnitus is a real sometimes very painful problem for him.
