No both have white ear lobes (should at least) most hatchery type pheonix have reddish white ear lobes. also most leghorns usually have big combs too.

They do have big combs when they're mature... that comb is still pretty pink, so I'm thinking she's quite young.

This tells me that she is probably a dorking. Now for the final test, how many toes does she have?

She doesnt have the 5 toes or whatever it is that dorkings have (I think I remember those are dorkings). Sorry...this picture is not real current. It was taken 3 months ago? She still doesnt have a bright red comb though...it's just pink.

I think a dorking then

No, her head shape is much too off and her tail is too long/sloped down (dorkings have upright tails).

*Didn't see the post. She is a phoenix.

What color are her legs? I have a silver phoenix hen from McMurry and she doesn't have much comb either.

Yes I am wrong, but she is being held in the pic its hard to judge a birds breed while being held (edit: as far as type)

ok, so I went outside and took a current picture of "Tiny". Here it is...

hope it helps! She's a little puffed out right now. We had a 6 degree temp this morning after it was in the high 20s yesterday. This is my girls first year (as is mine with chickens) and I keep telling myself that when they survive this winter the rest will be a piece of cake!
