Does anyone know what kind of hens these are ??

Sorry about the sideways picture... not sure how to flip it... I also have a black Hen just like these...
They have dark legs...

My guess is either Cornish or Maran, but I'm not sure.

I was thinking maybe Maran's.... but all my Maran's have feathers on the legs...
These Hen are not from my flock... The Man that gave them to me couldn't remember the breed...
They all have white around there eyes... It really shows on the black Hen...

the feathered legs is a domanant gene, but some marans never get it. My best guess is Maran.

your welcome. My friend's Marans had some chicks, pure, that didn't have feathered legs.
