The image posted is a pansy. They hatch in a variety of different hues. I believe that hue is cross of Italian or pharaoh x Tibetan. @Myshire Farm Quail is presenting part 2 of live video on quail colorations tomorrow at 7pm on their you tube channel. I believe pansy is included this week. From the research I’ve done, pansy is an autosomal recessive color so would probably take several generations of breeding to get consistent color like pictured over hatching pansy eggs.Hi, I found this image online and I've been trying to figure out who are the parents, I'm thinking an Italian quail with a pharoah or Tibetan quail. What do you think please? Thanks so much!
