I have never seen those before. Following...

I looked it up for you and it looks like a leaf footed bug nymph which mature into a stinkbug looking-beetle. I’ve never seen them in nymph stage but, I had the adult version on my tomato plants last year. From time to time I’d just pluck them off. They didn’t seem to harm my tomato plants or stunt tomato production but, from some articles it sounds like they can cause harm to your tomatoes.
