As you can clearly see, I said there were two common reasons, and noticeably did not say there were only two reasons, just that I've found these two reasons to be common. That you've chosen to disregard the second, obviously more applicable reason as well as the fact that I did not state these were the only two reasons and focus only on taking the first reason personally is not my problem. I do not and never did work for any insurance company and do not think being called greedy was appropriate.
