Ive been searching online for hours now, cant seem to find anything!!
has anyone come across this & know what it is/what to do?
Should i find a vet to take her to?

Thanks in advance for any help/comments

It looks like a cut or scrap . My ducks have had this before. I just make sure their water stays fresh so it doesn't get infected.

The floor of their run is concrete slabs, with a bit of a gap between them all & shes always trying to get to the mud between them. do you think that could of caused this? i feel awful cause i only noticed it today! ive been working everyday for the last 9 days so my parents have been letting them out/putting them to bed! i finally got a day off today so went to spend some time with them & noticed it! Thanks for the quick response

Also is there anything i can get to put on it to help heal/stop infections?

Most likely that could have happened. However, don't feel bad! I've had a few ducks with this and it doesn't seem to bother them in the least. It also doesn't seem to take long to heal. You may just boost their vitamin level

Thank you, will go out to get some neosporin before work tomorrow. Feel abit better now!

A couple of weeks ago, both Einz and Shelly showed up with bill injuries. One looked like a puncture, one a scrape.

I am not a health professional, so there is my disclaimer, but I cleaned them up with cooled chamomile tea and dabbed comfrey salve on the tiny wounds. After a couple of days I switched over to triple antibiotic ointment, then back to salve. Within a week they were much better, and now I have a hard time finding the scrape on Shelly's bill.

The idea is to try to clean the bill regularly, try to prevent infection, and give it a little time. Sometimes infections do result, so if there is any sign of swelling (doesn't close mouth completely, for example, or if the bill gets inordinately warm), time to go to oral antibiotics, I feel.
