Does anyone know where to buy a chicken journal/logbook?

I have been wanting to to keep track of costs of feed and supplies and keep notes on each chicken and just write down daily activity and soon daily eggs laid and later eggs sold. Is there an actual journal or logbook I could buy at a store specifically for keeping record of chickens or do I need to start my own in a notebook?

I've seen a really basic egg tally book at my feed store, but for that much info, you might need to make your own.

I've never seen one....a notebook is my log book. Wouldn't be a bad thing to invent or suggest to a company that makes livestock journals, etc.
