Does anyone live near a commercial solar operation

Commercial solar is a huge topic of contention in my township. The township is rural, there is a lot of farmland. A company wants to put in commercial solar fields, leasing property from the farmers who wish to lease.

Does anyone here live next to/near a solar farm? What are your opinions on it? Has it changed anything about your land? (Wildlife, noise from management/upkeep of field, aesthetic appeal, ability to do what you like or have done on your property, etc.)

Does any here own/lease land for a solar farm? Please give me your input too.

I'm looking for any and all opinions, positive, negative, neutral.

My property borders 60 acres of farmer's field. I don't know if he has any plans to lease or not.
