Pullet rapidly deteriorating, drooping head, no poop over 24 hours, not eating and only dropper feeding

Y'ALL!!! You won't believe it...there is some small improvement, enough so that I thought I might take her out to see if she would forage (still would not eat the feed or yogurt on her own but looked interested in food and standing more so I thought I would try...she drank on her own yesterday for the first time in 2 weeks (still wouldn't eat)! Poops are more regular but now diarrhea (liquid diet for 2 weeks!). And she is out right now, chaperoned, trying to see if she will eat anything. Walking, a bit unstable but walking! Tail mostly up. Trying to preen. Definitely didn't expect this after how lethargic she had gotten. Hoping she will start eating. Thanks so much!!

Try her with some egg, scrambled or boiled, I have my fingers crossed here ♥️

Aww what a sweetie! Glad to see she is fighting. If you can, syringe feed her kaytee exact baby bird formula (you can find this in any pet store that sells pet birds/feed) to get some nutrients in her now that she is upright and drinking.

What is her name? We are all routing for her!!!

Happy ending! I am elated to report that Baby Gigi Jr. (we need better naming convention, was trying to keep track of lineage, LOL) has pulled through and is reintegrated into the flock and back to health after two weeks of dropper feeding and us nearly giving up hope!

Lessons I learned: 1. Not sure ultimately what made her ill but one of her poops looked like it might be hiding a big slug but I didn't poke around. I also administered CORID and improvement happened after that so it is not impossible that it was coccidiosis.
2. Keep up hope even when it looks dire.

She is the first chicken we were able to nurse back to health, as the others died much more quickly. But this at least gave me hope that it isn't always fatal!!

Mahalo to you all for your advice and care!
