Try your local Walmart. That's where I found my set. You get 4 looms in different sizes, a hook and a needle.

I bought mine for $9.99. It might take awhile to learn how to do it but once you learn how too it's really easy.

One year I sent the loom kits for presents - My brother really embraced it and makes all kinds of things - I kind of prefer to knit with needles. My mom got a small loom and makes scarves!

Can you make different stitch patterns with the nifty knitter looms? Or do you just change the color for patterns? I have never used one.

We love the knifty knitters we got for Christmas last year, My kids (under 10) love to make projects, and there are several pattern and different stitch books available for them.

I am not sure if you were asking me, but I will respond LOL. Yes you can. There are many styles of looms available from scarves to hats to flowers to socks, you can make a lot of different projects with them. I have tried to take lessons for regular knitting and I quickly gave up, this is so easy and quick. In the picture I posted on the right is a matching scarf to the hat.

Yes Walmart has the best prices I have found(sold right by the yarn), however I did order a pattern book of a amazon. Also if you google "knifty knitter patterns" people have patterns for free posted on the net.
I do not sell them, I give them as gifts and it is especially fun to make the newborn hats. My kids have made them and donated them for newborns also. EASY for sure, my kids are pretty young and picked it up no problem
