Every morning before work I am out in the yard watching them. My roo tried crowing this morning. I do not want to miss a thing. It is also very theraputic. I also let them out of the run in the evenings and watch them. Are we crazy? I think, not.

My chicks follow me where ever I go in the yard. Its nice to just sit in the lawn chair surrounded by chickens doing their thing. Till the little turds steal my sandwich.

After a bad day at work, I came home and got some old grapes that had gotten wrinkled. Went to the coop and picked them one by one and tossed them to the girls. It was more relaxing and calming that anything I could think of. My plastic chair is out there, waiting till I have time to visit.

It is really relaxing. I love seeing all the different little personalities!! I go out and sit every evening, I am so glad I am not alone!!!

LOL I do drink my coffee with the "girls" I love hanging with them... and yes the time goes by quickly~

They are SO entertaining.......

I have a mom with a baby chick, and its very cute to watch... when they get into the long overgrown grass, I can't see the baby - I just hear her peeping....

everytime I open my sliding door - they come running from all corners of the yard.... the funniest one is the Rooster, he tries to remain REGAL while running as fast as he can - silly boy!
