Does anyone raise bantams for meat?

Just curious if anyone does this. I understand that you get a smaller processed bird.

Bantams such as Wayndott , Orpington or Sussex. With a grown weight of 32 to 40 oz I figure you would get a processed bird around 1 to 2 lbs.

Bantams are fine for eating, but realistically it's not economical in my experience.
