I had gotten a roasting chicken at the store. When I was cleaning out the cavity before roasting, I found these inside. Are these roo testicles?

Yes, that's what those are. Dust them with a little flour, salt and pepper, and pan fry them. Poke some holes in the membranes first, or they'll explode!
