The circular ice cream trucks. Or was this just a local thing for me?

Never had those in our city. Most of them were the van, truck or car that blare out some music.

Never had ice cream trucks where I grew up

When I was visiting my DH in Allentown (before we were married) I saw an ice cream truck making rounds and I was astounded, "They really exsist!?" It was playing music and had a little bell and everything

He was surprised I'd never seen one before.

no Ice cream trucks here but last summer i did see an ice cream boat at the lake that was the first for me

We have an ice cream truck that comes by our house every Tuesday and Thursday. We live just ouside of a small community with a population of 122 so I have no idea why there is even an ice cream truck around!

The kids look forward to hearing that music and run to the end of the driveway to purchase some over priced ice cream a couple times each summer. But they love it.
