I am working on plans to build a chicken tractor. It will be 10x20 feet, so I am planning on using PVC to keep the weight down as well as the cost. Been checking out what kind of wire to use and I came across this stuff:

I like the look of it and the price is not that bad either. Narrow spacing on the bottom to deter the smaller wildlife (we have coons, possum, wild cats and such around here) and the larger spacing up top. I would run this along the bottom of the tractor and then use chicken wire for the top part to keep the hawks away.

Anyone ever use this? Does is hold up well?

It looks reliable, but I have never used it to say for sure. The only concern would be that animals could dig under the run, so I would either put wire on the bottom of the run, attach wire one foot out on the outside of the run, or dig the wire you are wanting to use at least a foot down (preferably 2 or more). On my run, we just attached chicken wire one foot out. If you need pictures of this, I can get them for you.

Looks good, but my brother is having problems with squirrels getting into his chicken's run and eating all their feed. He used 2" wire. We used hardware cloth and have never had any problems with anything getting in. Hardware cloth is pricey though.
