Need help with treating worms

I have never had an issue with worms before. I have baby chicks that are about 2-3 weeks old and I noticed one of them definitely had a long worm in its poop. What is the best way to treat them that will kill the worm and not hurt the babies?

Can you please post photos of the poop and worm?

2-3week old chicks generally do not have worms. I suppose it's possible if they ingested worm eggs right around day 1-3 of hatching out.
