Does bright light affect hatching rates?

Probably a dumb question but I’m curious and I really can’t find the answer. My kids and I build an incubator out of a styrofoam cooler and have a light bulb in it that states it 750 lumens. Will a bright light affect the hatching rate? Or it doesn’t matter? I have had the incubator on for the last 3 days preparing for our duck eggs that will be here Wednesday and the temp has stayed between 99-100 with humidity ranging between 45-55%.
We aren’t expecting a 100 percent hatch rate just wanted to do a home school project and if we get some more ducklings out of it that’s a big bonus.

That shouldn't affect anything. In a natural setting where a broody hen was hatching the eggs, they would be under her and it would be dark. If you don't need the light bulb don't have it in there, but it should be perfectly fine.
