Does Coccidiosis stunt growth?

We got 10 blue silkies hatched June 10th from Ideal Poultry. We lost 6 to cocci. The last 4 seem fine but are very small. They were treated with Corid and we followed with yogurt. They are 1/2 to 1/3 the size of same aged silkies.

Will they catch up with size?
What should we be doing to help them along?

They eat and drink good. They are on medicated starter.

I'd say just boost the nutrition. A bit of extra protein -- eggs, meat, fish, whatever. Probiotics from the feed store if possible. Vitamins.

They should bounce back but it may take awhile, Cocci takes alot out of them, boost their feed quality and protein level and you should see some improvements.
