Does ideal poultry send extras to keep your ordered birds warm during shipment? I saw something about this from a thread from a few years ago?

My orders have never had extras, but I also don't get smaller orders from them either

Ok thanks! I have an order of around 12 most likely. Was just curious if I needed to plan for extra roos
