Does it look like its stuck ?

Its been like this for a few hours and the membrane has began to look really dark and dry ? If so what should I do ?

I looked at the photos and there is red on the rear of the one and I can see the one eating? it. I, though not very experienced, 2 times with incubator, would watch for a little while longer. If one continues to "eat" peck at the rear of the other, I would put the one with the red rear into the brooder. I don't think you can chance leaving him/her with the other overnight.

Can you tell if is part of the chicks body? organs?

I'm tagging some educators for help for you.

I was able to remove it from the shell safely 🙏 but now have another question which probably also goes under emergency

That's an unabsorbed yolk sac. If the other babies keep pecking at it, it can become infected or cause the baby to bleed out. I would separate him into a little cup lined with paper towels inside the incubator until the yolk either finishes absorbing or dries up and falls off.
No need to switch forums, this is about incubating and hatching.

Im not really sure honestly here is better photos of both i think one is the yolk but not sure about the other it looks like they may have made a wound
