does metzer allow order cancellations?

edit: solved! thanks everyone. they allow cancellations, from their website: “If you must cancel your order, please do so before noon on the Friday preceding your ship date. If you cancel after this time, there will be a $10 fee as it will be very difficult for us to find someone to take your birds over the weekend.”

can’t find any info on their site or google. tyia
