Does my baby duck need help?

I have a silkie hen sitting on some duck eggs. Three of them pipped on Tuesday (today is Thursday) one hatched no problems but two are still in the shell. One is missing a chunk of shell but the membrane is completely intact. It is white and fairly stiff. Should I make a small hole in it for him to receive oxygen and move him to my incubator to finish hatching so I can control the humidity? Or do I hope that the hen can take care of it herself?

If it where me, I would mist the membrane then put a little tear in it. Putting them in you incubator would be a good idea too.
