Does my chick have cross beak?

So this morning i notice my lavender ameraucana beak is kinda crooked. Its growing the wrong way. I have never delt with it and not sure what to do.

So this morning i notice my lavender ameraucana beak is kinda crooked. Its growing the wrong way. I have never delt with it and not sure what to do.

Minor cross beak, it will probably get worse as she get bigger but after she's full grown it will stay the same. Regular beak trims can help her to eat and stuff. Most cross beak chickens have trouble eating unless they can stick their entire beak in the food so you have to have a feeder that let her do that. The same with waterers, I've found cup waterers work well. Other than accommodating for eating and drinking all you have to do is trim her beak. i hope this helps, Good luck with her!

Thank you! I'm a little worried about her. Never noticed till today. I believe she's eating alright for now
