does my cockatiel have a yeast infection?

I have been hand feeding this 8 day old cockatiel since it hatched, I feed it every three hours around the clock and it poos constantly but recently its crop isn't fully emptying and I'm getting worried that it has a yeast infection if it does what can I do to fix it (in ergant need of help) thank you!

I think it might have a yeast infection but I'm so scared to empty his crop out

Is there anyone near you who has any experience with this kind of thing?

Also, a yeast infection smells like yeast. It that what it smells like? Sort of like sour beer.
