does my duck have a vitamin deficiency????

If people in the most rural parts of the world can find the appropriate feed for their ducks, I am sure you can too. I see that you live in Eastern Los Angeles County - a quick Google search shows that there are more feed stores in that county than I can list here. You have a responsibility to take care of this animal, and if you are not able to do that, please find the poor creature a new home. I have seen ducks with lifelong health problems because of inadequate nutrition in the first months of their life. It will follow him for the rest of his life. I have two ducks like that. I adopted them at 8 months old, and they were fed mostly bread and table scraps. They have poor feather quality, are underweight and have foot problems. Their owner truly loved them, and believed he was providing the best care, but I have had them for 3 months, and they still haven't recovered from the nutritional deficiencies their previous owner caused. I really want to help you, so please let me know if you are going to provide a complete diet for this poor animal. If you won't then I guess I'm out.
