Does my duck have wet feather??

Hello! First time duck mom, earlier I had noticed my female was bathing, and when she was flapping her wings it looked wet? Nowhere else looks/seems wet, just under her wing area. Could this be wet feather? I’ve read things on Google about it, but all the images I’ve seen with wet feather, it’s almost like their whole body is wet? Her is not .. thoughts? I’ll post a photo of the area and what she looks like right now. Total of 4 photos. Thank you in advance!!

Nice female duck!

I don't think you have anything to worry about. That is not wet feather. Its probably just a few feathers coming it that are not yet fully out and fluffed up, after she has shed a feather or two.
