Does my silkie need a friend?

So yesterday I went to get my first silkie and I have her quarantined in a tractor in the run so that my other chickens can get use to her. She just stands at the side and tries to get out. She looks so lonely. I have another potential silkie in mind I just don't know if I could put them together in the tractor? I didn't know if I could quarantined together or if she is just better in the tractor by herself while the other chicken feel her out? Input please! Thanks y'all.

I think she should be fine or you could add the other silkie. Do you have a runt chicken or extra friendly chicken to put in there with her? I dont think it really matters!

I don't really have any chickens that are particularly friendly. They all find of bullied her when I put her in there...pecking and chasing her! She is so lonely and wants sooo bad to get out of her tractor to be with the other but she is not ready to get out yet! I just really don't know what to do!

Put a stuffed animal in there or hold her.

I do hold her quite often and talk to her all the time but she is always trying to get out to see the others.

Let her out while your out with her and then put her in the tractor when you leave.

Of course you need another Silkie, you always need another Silkie.

Of course you need another Silkie, but she needs to be in quarantine first. So, give her a feather duster for now.

Will a feather duster work for her..she is 9 weeks old?

I give mine dusters and they like them. It's the closet thing to a real chicken you can find.
