Does one variety of white eye peafowl brings white eye peachicks in other variety ?

If some one has white eye indian blue male , what can we get further from IB white eye,............ a part from white eye .............e, g if IB white eye crosses with cameo does it will make cameo a white eye or ; with black shoulder,..........; does the offspring will be white eye .please guide me in this respect. about the roll of white eye,
