Yes! I would almost say she’s going to start laying within the week!

She's ripe. Plump, engorged, bright red comb. Waddles dropped and also a deep shade of red. This girl is ready. Check her keel (breast bone area) to ensure that she's got a healthy reserve of fat. Check her vent, a dry vent means she's not laying yet, but a moist vent may indicate that she hiding her eggs from you.

Yep! That comb looks like a really good indicator! Could also check pelvic bone placement if you’re checking out the vent area.

Yes she looks mature and probably ready to lay in a couple days or so

She is super close to laying. If you have a roo, does he mount her? Or does she squat for you? Both are signs she's super close.
