Does my BO look ready to lay? I was told she should only have a few weeks. How will I know when she is ready?

Not to truly sound like a smart A#$ but when you find the first egg!! I know there are signs that will tell when their getting close. Red comb & waddle, squatting submissively, etc. But I'll be honest I never saw mine squat down like that!! And all of mine had really red combs and I know they all wern't laying!!

You'll be SO happy when you find that first one!!
