Does Silkie behavior indicate gender? Pics included!

Hello all!

I am estimating this chick to be around 8 weeks old. It has never been gentle, from the get-go has pecked other chicks, jumped up and kicked them, bumped chests, constantly stirring up my little chick group.

Do you see this behavior as rooster behavior? She behaves like a dominant bully and she is not the largest chick by any means.

I also don’t know if this chick has any obvious signs indicating male or female yet. Any guesses?

I'm looking at the comb, it's pretty wide.

This is the first silkie I’ve owned and its personality has just been terrible.
