Does silkie chicks need anything special?

I ordered some silkie chicks from Cackle. They all arrived alive and seemed to be doing fine. Now they are 3 weeks old and I am loosing babies. They all seem fine until I find one the next day. They are on chick starter and plenty of water. Are they not getting something?

They dont need anything special.

How is their poop? Could they have coccidia? Are they on medicated or non-medicated?

Non medicated food. No crusty butts. Nothing seems wrong. I just find them dead.

They are usually very active.
