Hello, I have this 5 year old hen and I'm wondering why she's doing this?

She could be cold, given that she seems to be molting. What is the temp where you are? She could also be a little underweight, I would check how her keel feels. Those would be my first assumptions. Otherwise, most chickens will do this when they feel unwell or uncomfortable. Is she showing any other symptoms or changes in behavior?

It's 70°F where we are, I haven't noticed any difference but she sometime does that whenever someone picks her up but she usually goes back to normal after a few seconds. But when I got home today I gave her and her flock some treats and I saw her walking around like that. It's almost night and I will check on her when I lock them in tonight.

Sometimes parasite really will pull down older hens, 5 years is older. I have never (whispering) had to treat for parasites. I would give everything a good look, make decisions based on what you find. Follow the directions to the letter!
