Does the white dot mean it can hatch?

My hen just started laying and I wanted to see if they would come out fertile but not sure how to tell can someone help?

Yes, that means that the egg is fertile.

It will look like a bullseye. You will have a white ring around a white dot. I can't tell from the photo to well... But Google fertile chicken eggs and look at the images part and it will show you what they look like.

It doesn't look fertile to me but i'd need a better pic. There would be a dot right in the middle of the white 'dot' or 'ring'

Yours is fetile, I was just checking one of mine as my rooster is now of age (but i haven't seem him preform yet), mine is not fertile wish i would have taken a pic for you to compare. But there are a lot on google
