Does this chicken have a problem, or just a funky hairstyle?

One of my EE hens has started to develop what I can only describe as a cowlick. It looks like she's styling her feathers. It gets more and more dramatic each day. Honestly, all of her feathers are looking pretty shabby in the last couple of weeks. Could it be a parasite? A molt? Should I be concerned?






 
This is pretty common in EE, nothing at all to worry about here is a pic of my Farrah as in Farrah Fawcett



She is the one w/the most pronounced neck wings, but I have others less so, and several w/o any at all.
